If you submit a contact, partner or demo form, Passova may process the information you provide so we can respond to your enquiry, assess a potential partnership and maintain relevant business correspondence.

Hotel deployments

For hotel deployments, the hotel remains responsible for its guest relationship. The parties agree the applicable controller and processor roles, data flows, field mapping, subprocessors, access controls and deletion arrangements before live guest processing.

Data minimisation

Passova is designed to minimise unnecessary duplicate guest data. Where a hotel PMS is the long-term system of record, Passova is not intended to operate as a second permanent guest database.

Infrastructure

Passova uses cloud infrastructure with backend services deployed in a European region. Specialist providers may be used for functions such as payments or identity verification where appropriate.
